Company History

 

Premier Carton Corporation is a Corporation under the laws of the State of Texas.  The Corporation was formed in 1989 and is currently selling custom printed, diecut, and glued cartons for a wide variety of consumer products.  The manufacturing facility is approximately 15,000 square feet, with an additional 10,000 square feet of warehouse space for raw materials.

Aggressive sales efforts are primarily in the Texas area, although some accounts are serviced in Kansas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.  The vast majority of the boxes manufactured are shipped by a contract carrier who has a fleet of trucks at our disposal.  These trucks help assure our customers prompt, efficient deliveries and one-source responsibilities.

Stock of the Corporation is closely held by James and Patricia Sparrow, both active in the management of the business.  Mr. Sparrow has thirty(30) years experience in the marketing and manufacturing of rigid and folding carton packaging, and has held a variety of sales and management positions.

While we are making significant investments in equipment to meet the needs of today's most demanding and sophisticated carton buyers, perhaps our greatest and most exciting area of investment is the people who put our equipment to production use.  Control of this equipment, making possible maximum efficiency with minimum waste, is our primary target.  Our commitments are to develop solid packaging concepts that solve basic problems; and to introduce new and innovative designs that target the ever-changing market.
